Vintage Cut Glass Candy Bowl with Pinwheel Pattern

Cute pinwheel pattern cut glass candy dish/bowl.  6.5" diameter, 2.25" tall.  Has one black blemish in the bottom that appears to be in the glass (wouldn't come off from the top or the bottom when cleaning).
