Vintage Federal Glass Sunflower Bubbles Scallop Footed Cake Plate

Stunning Federal Glass footed cake plate.  Lovely sunflower surrounded with bubbles/dots (looks like bubble wrap) and a scalloped edge.  Approximately 11.25" diameter.  The feet a teeny tiny and the plate stands less than 0.75" tall.
